Chairman of the Board Daniyar Tiyessov met with parents to discuss projects for the children of the company's employees. At the meeting, ways of qualitative organization of summer holidays, joint work of both parties were considered. Daniyar Tiesov noted that for the carefree work of employees, it is necessary to increase projects not only for the specialists themselves, but also for their children.

- Since our complex has just been launched, it is impossible to implement all social projects at once. But along the way, we are doing a lot of work. Previously, only three people could be examined and treated through health insurance besides the employee himself, now we have added all family members. Just as we help pay for pre-school education for children, circles, we also coordinate with universities in order to make it possible for graduates to receive higher education benefits. The main goal of today's meeting is to listen to your proposals for the implementation of projects for children and further implement the project in cooperation, - said Daniyar Tiyessov.

Parents present at the meeting expressed their appreciation and gratitude for the support provided by the company.

- My husband (Akhmet Dyussenbayev) used to be a railway worker. There the salary was two hundred thousand tenge. Once he heard that KPI was looking for specialists, and moved here for a salary of one hundred and fifty thousand tenge. At the time, I resented and was unhappy that he transferred to a job with low wages. He noted that KPI is a new project, that the company has a good future. This is the third year he has been working in this team. During this period, he was promoted, raised his salary and even, as a young family, we got an apartment from the company. In such a short period of time, we have achieved such successes that some people have been waiting for years and cannot achieve. Today we are gathered and discuss programs for our children. This is a very rare case among local companies, says Gulzira Dyussenbayeva.

- The chairman of the board, Daniyar Tiyessov, says that “children need to be paid attention.” This is a great joy for us. My husband previously served in different places, companies, but we have not seen such support in any company. Thanks to the pre-school preparation project, we have prepared our children for school.
