KPI Employees Participate in Kurultai Deputy Elections

On August 23, employees of Kazakhstan Petrochemical Industries Inc. (KPI) participated in the elections for Kurultai deputies.
Employees residing in the city voted at polling stations corresponding to their places of residence. A separate polling station was provided for workers registered in other localities, allowing them to cast their votes as well.
To accommodate the facility's shift-based production schedule, arrangements were made for employees on duty to vote directly within the "National Industrial Petrochemical Technopark" Special Economic Zone. A special voting commission was set up on the production site premises for this purpose. A total of 65 KPI employees cast their votes at this location.
Thus, the company ensured the necessary conditions for employees to participate in the elections, regardless of their place of residence or work schedule.
For KPI, it is important not only to ensure uninterrupted production operations but also to create opportunities for employees to participate in socially significant events, while taking into account the specific nature of the production process and shift schedules.
