At the CENTRAL ASIA PLASTWORLD 2025 exhibition, KPI’s Technical Customer Service Team presented its work to participants and visitors. Asylbek Zhumabekov, Senior Manager of KPI’s Technical Customer Service Group, delivered a presentation outlining the applications of KPI’s polypropylene grades across various processing sectors and highlighting the technical support available to customers.
In his presentation, Asylbek Zhumabekov shared real-life examples of challenges faced by polypropylene processors amid evolving market conditions and emphasized the key role played by KPI’s Technical Service in assisting clients from selecting the appropriate material grade to optimizing processing technologies.
“Our goal is not just to be a supplier of polypropylene, but to offer comprehensive technical support to our customers. We guide them at every stage from selecting grades and launching new or existing production lines using KPI products to improving the efficiency of their production processes,” said Asylbek Zhumabekov.
KPI’s Technical Service team provides processors with expert advice on selecting and using KPI polypropylene grades, recommends optimal processing conditions, and offers full technical support during product testing and subsequent commercial deliveries.
