He proudly represented KPI at the City of Working Professions Festival, initiated by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Thousands of students attended the festival, expressing interest in career development, including petrochemicals and gas chemistry. KazMunayGas Chairman Askhat Hassenov awarded Rizuan a Letter of Gratitude for his active role in the event.

Rizuan is an ambitious young specialist making strides in the petrochemical industry. He graduated from Kazakh-British Technical University (KBTU) in 2019 with a degree in Oil and Gas Engineering. Afterward, he began teaching technical disciplines, oil and gas engineering, and field development at Apec Petrotechnic College, sharing his knowledge with future specialists as a trainee instructor. While teaching, he recognized the importance of bridging theory with practice and aimed to transition into the manufacturing sector.

In 2021, Rizuan advanced his career by joining Atyrau Refinery (AR), which specializes in petroleum product production and transportation, as a commodity operator in Shop 4. He pursued a second degree in Chemical Technology of Organic Substances (CTOS) to deepen his understanding of technological processes. His experience at AR opened new opportunities, soon leading to his appointment as an engineer in KPI Inc.’s Technical Support Department.

In KPI, he progressed through roles as shift supervisor in production, dispatcher, senior engineer in the Technical Department, and later, lead engineer. Beyond his professional achievements, Rizuan continues to enhance his skills, training with Russia’s leading company SIBUR and advanced petrochemical enterprises in Colombia.

The careers of dedicated professionals like Rizuan serve as an inspiration for young people aspiring to enter the oil, gas, and petrochemical industries. His experience proves that continuous learning, dedication, and adaptability are key to professional growth.

Today, Rizuan serves as KPI’s lead engineer, with his ambition and potential driving him toward even greater achievements. The future of the national petrochemical industry depends on specialists like him.
