KPI employees get places at the “KMG Skills” Championship

Two employees of Kazakhstan Petrochemical Industries Inc. LLP (KPI) became winners of the “KMG Skills” professional championship organized among employees of NC KazMunayGas JSC Group of Companies.
Daniyar Adilbay, the operator of processing units, and Gibadat Uzakbayev, the operator of compressor units, won the second places in their competencies.
"Participation in the “KMG Skills” championship was a good opportunity for me to test my professional knowledge and skills, as well as share experience with specialists from other companies. According to the results of the competition, I won the second place among 11 participants. I am glad that I was able to demonstrate my skills and gain new experience. This result is the result of my daily work and support of the team. In the future, I intend to continue developing professionally and contributing to development of the Company," said Daniyar Adilbay, the operator of KPI processing units.
For the compressor operator Gibadat Uzakbayev, participation in the current championship was an opportunity to improve the last year result. He won the third place last year.
"Participating in last year's championship gave me a valuable experience. This year I took it into account and decided to test my strength again. As a result, I managed to win the second place. Such competitions allow us to improve professional skills, share experiences with colleagues and evaluate our own capabilities," Gibadat Uzakbayev shared.
The championship was held from October 12 to October 14 and brought together 120 participants from 18 subsidiaries and affiliated organizations of KMG.
