"Kazakhstan Petrochemical Industries Inc." has started the selection of students for participation in the dual education program for the 2026-2027 academic year. The program provides students of higher and special educational institutions of the region with the opportunity to gain production experience and develop professional skills in their future specialty.
92 applications from students have been submitted for participation in the program. Currently, students of the S. Utebaev Atyrau Institute of Oil and Gas, Atyrau Polytechnic College and the APEC Petrotechnic College are undergoing testing.
The selection is carried out in the following specialties: chemical technology and production, automation and control, electric power supply (electrical engineering), as well as operation of machines and equipment.
Students who have shown the best results according to the results of testing will be invited for an interview with specialists of the company's profile divisions.
The dual education program allows students to combine theoretical knowledge with production practice, get acquainted with the work of a modern petrochemical production and the corporate culture of the enterprise.
Last academic year, 85 applications were submitted to the program, 80 students took part in the selection. According to the results of the selection, 19 students were enrolled in dual education and are currently completing practical training at the company's production facilities.
