KPI LLP held a report meeting to review the Company’s performance in 2024 and present its plans for 2025.
During the meeting, CEO Damir Ashimov spoke about improvements in production efficiency, occupational health and safety, the implementation of key projects, and the Company’s resilience amid both internal and external challenges.
It was noted that in 2024, the Company recorded no fires or serious workplace injuries. A total of 180 emergency response drills and 27 fire-tactical training sessions were conducted. Digital solutions in the field of occupational safety continued to be introduced.
In terms of production achievements, the Company produced 245,000 tonnes of polypropylene and developed three new product grades in 2024. Warranty tests on the PDH and PP units were successfully completed. In 2025, the plant operated continuously for 39 days and produced 130,000 tonnes of product in the first four months – equivalent to 73.5% of the annual target.
This year, KPI reached a record-high production volume in the Company’s history. The CEO expressed his gratitude to the employees for their professionalism and provided details on the engineering solutions implemented. He also emphasized his personal involvement in the specialist certification process.
“We are a team that proves its strength. We are learning to overcome challenges. We are moving forward. KPI’s future depends directly on our work,” said Damir Ashimov.
At the end of the meeting, the CEO answered employees’ questions in both online and offline formats. The event helped strengthen team trust and demonstrated the Company’s ability to maintain its strategic course and internal stability even in difficult conditions.
As part of the meeting, trade union leader Turlan Kuanbayev also presented a report on the union’s activities over the past year.
