Employees of the JSC NC KazMunayGas group of companies successfully completed the "DNA of Leadership" program at the SKOLKOVO Moscow School of Management. The project, implemented as part of a partnership with SIBUR Holding, is aimed at developing specialists' management, operational, and leadership competencies.
The program launched in November 2024 and attracted 300 participants under the age of 33. KMG selected 24 candidates through a competitive selection process, which ultimately resulted in the selection of six representatives from its subsidiaries:

The training lasted 1.5 years and included six modules with a midterm assessment. Participants learned tools for improving operational efficiency, methods for reducing production losses, principles for making economically sound management decisions, and also developed communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills.
The practical portion of the program included solving real-life cases and team challenges aimed at improving production processes.
At the end of the final module, the combined team, including representatives from KMG and SIBUR, took second place out of nine teams. According to Sholpan Dzhumagaziyeva, Director of KMG's Human Resources Department, participation in the program was an important step in strengthening the national company's human resources potential and preparing young managers capable of effectively addressing the challenges of modern production, implementing improvements, and ensuring sustainable business development.
