Employees play a key role in production processes and are the main driver of KPI LLP's success. The Company strives to maintain comfortable working conditions and provide growth opportunities for all employees, as well as to build open and transparent internal relationships.
Constant improvement of working conditions, social support, opportunities for career growth and professional development, attention to the interests and needs of each employee have the highest priority in the formation of the Company's management system, in particular, HR and social policy.
The main principles in the Company's relations with its employees are the protection of human rights, social partnership, mutual respect, trust in each other, and prevention of any discrimination. The Company does not allow its employees to be restricted in their labour rights and freedoms or receive any advantages based on gender, race, nationality, language, origin, as well as property, family, social and official status, age, place of residence, attitude to religion, beliefs, membership or non-membership in public associations or any social groups, as well as other circumstances unrelated to the professional qualities of the employee.
In accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement, social support measures are implemented to continuously improve working conditions and the quality of life of employees. The Company also makes annual monthly payments to the trade union in order to support its activities and provide support to employees who are members of the trade union, who make up 97% of the Company's workforce.
A special area of the Company's social policy is support for all categories of employees: single parents, representatives of large families, and parents of children with special needs. During the summer holidays, the Company organises summer holidays for children and grandchildren of employees aged 7 to 13 inclusive. In order to provide financial support to employees, partial compensation is provided for the cost of children's education in pre-school and secondary education organisations.
The Company provides medical care and additional financial aid for significant dates and holidays. Significant dates for employees are also not ignored by the employer. For anniversaries (50, 60 years), births of children, and deaths of family members, employees receive financial assistance and additional paid leave. Employees are guaranteed material assistance for health improvement in addition to the annual paid leave from the employer.
In addition, the employer organises events for employees to improve their qualifications: master classes, expert presentations, publication of articles in corporate mass media. Work is carried out to improve workplace safety and social and living conditions at the production facilities: renovation of premises and improvement of workplace equipment.
